If your Bitmain Antminer E9 can’t connect to the internet or find IP of miner, you can do factory settings via the reset button.
Restore Via “Reset” Button
This technique can be used in under ten minutes after the miner boots.
After powering on the miner for 2 minutes, please press “Reset” button for 5 seconds, then release it. It won’t be necessary to turn off the miner because the factory settings will be restored in 4 minutes and the miner will restart automatically.
*It should be noted that the reset only works if the mining device has been running for 2 to 10 minutes; after that, it cannot be recovered.
